OPM’s Chapter of Blacks In Government Announce

the 2009 Black History Month Essay Contest.

 Contest is Open to:

Family members ages 9 -14 of OPM employees and contractors.

 Essay Topics:

1. What is the importance of citizenship in black history?

2. Who is/are my African American hero(es) and why?

 

Prizes will be awarded for

winning entries!

Deadline for submissions: March 11, 2009
